A New Chapter in Retirement

Dear Friends,

As my husband and I are reaching our "golden years" it was with much thought and prayers that we have decided to retire and close Country Cottage's doors. We have been so blessed to have the opportunity to serve in this capacity over 30 years. We would like to thank our many loyal and repeat customers both near and far over the years.

Our on-line store will be closing December 12th of this year. We will be working with our existing inventory.

We are still going to operate Distelrath Farms LLC (sister company of Country Cottage) for awhile and may convert our website in that direction (stay tuned). This is primarily farm sales like our honey, eggs, grass-fed beef sales and actual animal sales like family milk cows and beef steers.
Anyone local interested in any farm sales, please drop us an email and let us know. We can put you on our waitlist.

As many of know, our food supply is fragile and buying local and organic helps build resilience, making it better for all of us and the environment.
We are looking forward to being better stewards to our honeybees and our animals.
